The tiniest little storybox, featuring the most adorable antique miniature carved bone elephant, which was originally part of a Victorian necklace. The word “love” is sculpted from wire, and hand sewn on to the sweetest pink candy stripe silk fragment, which is originally from a Georgian crazy patchwork quilt, circa early 1800’s. The fragment of fuchsia pink silk that is the background for the elephant is also a tiny piece from this same quilt. It is all set inside a wonderful 1930’s Regaid Plaster tin, in the most fabulous pale green. The whole sculpture measures a mere 2cm tall. The little elephant is a perfect symbol for never forgetting, and paired with the “love’, forms an endearing little keepsake.
